We did not end up shopping here. They gave us a time frame of 3 months. They did not call us back to do any planning. They didnt seem to want our sale!

When i went to buy earrings they suggested to go for lab created over the natural diamonds with offers like you can get better carat lab created diamonds. Bought it!! When tried to exchange the earrings with natural diamond, Past 30 days no exchange with natural diamond. They give us upgrade option: we have to buy double the the price of what was purchased. But that will still be lab created!! If they are not taking back their own lab created diamonds means either its not stable or something wrong is happening after 30 days period, I THINK LAB CREATED DIAMONDS SHOULD NOT BE PURCHASED FROM JARED. How will I trust Jared in buying another jewellery is a question for myself!! No help or options they have. So just keep selling lab created diamonds and keep loosing more customers!! Where is customer satisfaction? Have to live with this one without an option to change them for a life time. Good!!!
