The lady (Wendy) is very rude. When she called me I let her ask me questions to complete my loan process. When I told her Im on jury duty in las cruces and only have 15 mins. She started scolding me about her having to get this done. I told her someone called last week and I told them to call on Saturday. She started telling me why didnt I call. Excuse me but on Friday I drive back to Albuquerque and on Saturday is my only day to be with my kids and get them ready for the crazy week ahead. Because Im out of town mine and my family are trying to do our best to make it to the end of this jury duty. Im not here by choice. I really didnt appreciate the way she talked to me and hung up on me. VERY VERY RUDE!!!
