        10/2023: Drove to Sleep Number for 1 Bougee pillow since pillows on bed were beyond "out of commission"; ended up buying 2 new pillows Not crowded, ample parking (visited on a weekday) Friendly customer service, smaller showroom than expected, but still had enough options to choose

        Sleep number Corp stinks. Lousy customer support. Bed was set up incorrectly, which we didnt know for almost a year until one of the sides became misshaped. We had to pay to have it rectified. Their sheets are inferior as well. We would never buy another Sleep Number product EVER. The quality is poor - inferior product. Worst purchase weve ever made. Waste of $9,000.
