David was great. He made us feel like we were a priority. We were out of state trying to buy a house and he would take the time to FaceTime us and show us houses that way. He listened to all our needs and did not waste our time showing us houses that did not meet our needs. I would highly recommend him if you are buying a house.

We LOVE David and his team! David has helped us sell and buy over 4 homes now and he always works the best deals! This latest home, an investment property, was a tricky one as there was so much interest in it. I was anxious and wanted to make an offer right away and David knew that not only were they not going to accept the first offer, but that making the first offer might actually compromise what he was going to do. He played it very cool, built a relationship with the seller and kept me calm. There was a lot of trust in this process but David KNEW what he was doing. We ended up submitting the final offer and wining the home! He never let me overbid, out of my emotions, but kept me grounded. We ended up paying less than what I was expecting to pay and again I owe this all to David for knowing how to work this deal! The seller wanted to work with a seasoned realtor and David is as seasoned as they come! Every time I see this home, my heart skips a beat and I am just so grateful to David for what he helped us accomplish. One other note, when I get an idea to purchase something I move quickly. David was always quick to respond and not by text but with his actual voice! Imagine that! So much gets lots in text translation and he is a true professional to realize that we accomplish more with a quick 5 minute phone call than a string of text messages. Thanks again David.
