Very caring people! I would like to give thanks to the Activities Director, Fabiana Brooks. She is very engaging and brings out the best in people. Her bubbly personality is very unique and makes everyone smile!

I am very blessed to have my mother at BeeHive of Hobbs. The staff is very patient with her and they help her with whatever she is needing and I love the pictures that they send of her having fun. Thankful that BeeHive was there when we needed them.

Update-4/1/23 It has only gotten worse. There has been a ton of turnover with the caregivers, given the fact they get no support. And no communication between the residents' families and the management. Now there is a lot of turnover at the top [not the owners, of course] so at present the Administrator on her way out; the HR person is moving up North and there are only two house managers at this facility. Of course, F-House no house manager since the last one stormed out! I do mean stormed. The residents don't need all the changes; they need consistency. 9/15/22- I do not in the least blame the workers at these places. They are no question overworked and underpaid. Which is not a good situation for the residents. They do the best they can, gven what they are supposed to do. When the owners get a good worker, they will work them to death. All the money stays at the top with the owners and management. I know--went through the same thing myself. It is, as usual, management, that needs to be held to account for the way the system is run!! Like all systems that are focused on the bottom line, it is the front line workers who suffer. And, of course, the patients. At present, I am not happy with the care my sister has been getting at this "memory" care bldg. There are too many issues to list. One big one is the fact they are NON-medical which lets them hire care givers and pay them nothing. If they had to hire at least one CNA or NP for each memory care unit. Their patient ratio is terrible: 2 employees to 7-1/2 patients. Even in the memory care units where some of the residents need one caregiver for some of the residents. I am at my wits end on what to do. I have the number for the Obudsman with the Agency on Aging. I need to vent with someone! that is for sure. My sister seems to have gone down both mentally and physically. For the fee they charge ($5,583.00), this is ridiculous.

Management needs to be changed. Sadly this isn't a place I'd take my mother or father too when they get to that age. While it's a a nice facility that's only on the surface. 1/10 wouldn't recommend
