        The staff is very friendly. I was able to get an appt for my kids rather quickly. When we arrived we waited in the waiting room no more than 10 minutes. It was a wonderful experience. The only bad thing I would say is that after my daughter picked out glasses, they were misplaced, so I have to take her back there to pick them out again. Not a super big deal, just inconvenient for my schedule. But other than that, I would highly recommend them.
