Definitely prepare to wait an hour even if you order ahead. The food has always been great!! But the customer service and work being done by employees are both very poor you have employees standing around texting and or just screwing around with one another after watching this all go on for over 45 minutes with several other customers in line we get to deal with a rude employee who is upset that they had to stop their conversation with a coworker to do their job this happens pretty much every time I've gone maybe hire some new staff. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any little Caesars in this country the employees smell horrible and look like they haven't showered in days if I was the owner of this establishment I would do a deep investigation of what's going on with my store just food for thoughts.

I love the pretzel crust. BUT this location needs to google the definition of "Hot & Ready"... The last two times I just drove off. Tired of WAITING for not ready pizza. UPDATE: stopped by today at 2:30. I knew I would have to order because it was outside of the 4-8 hours. They refused to bake me a pretzel crust and said they were not baking ANY thin crusts! Hard to give your money away in burque... Update #2: I tried ordering on line...Took my order. Took my money. I showed up 15 minutes AFTER the promised time (I had ordered at 10:21 for a 4:45 ready time) and it still wasn't ready. Rude boy said he was the only one working, this was a lie- I saw three people behind the counter. He refused to give my a receipt, then when I checked the pizza it wasn't pretzel crust OR cheese sauce!!! I'm done.
