Just walking into this store is a delight!  The staff is warm and friendly and the service was wonderful.  The tile they cut for me was perfect with attention to detail.  Look no further!!!!

We are building our first home and we colored a few of the tile shops in Albuquerque until we landed on Emser. It's located between Paseo and Alameda on the frontage road, so it was a tad difficult to find the first time but it's worth it! Honestly, one of the most important reasons we chose this shop, aside from their great selection, was the fact that we were helped as soon as we walked in the door. One employee, Amber, came straight to us and helped us out so much! We had to leave for a meeting in the middle of our experience as Emser and when we came back, she had multiple samples laid out for each room in our house with options for designs and everything! She personally picked out the tile for my favorite room in the house so far! They are always ready to help us with anything we need and are super responsive whenever we come into the store. They remember who we are and know which account we have with them and it makes everything smooth! The tile comes in very quickly (less than a week in most cases), and they have never made any mistakes with us whatsoever. I don't know what happened in the past with the bad reviews but with Amber and Christy here, they place seems completely turned around. They will always have my business for tile needs as long as those ladies are there!

Update your Google listing. Your Google listing says you close at five but I got there at 4:30 and youre closed. Real inconvenience. Also was trying to match a previous emser tile and your sales people were no help and seemed disinterest.
