        Owner of the hotel was unprofessional and rude. Seems like money and greed is him with no customer service. Would not let me use rewards points for rooms available. Said I had to call the 800 number for the front desk cannot help. Also he was sending others to his other low end super 8 hotel. What a lowlife.

      Dear Mr. Chet, I apologize that you couldn’t use the points for the room type that is not qualified for points redemption. As per the BW policy the points redemption can only be done through your online BW rewards account or BW rewards reservation line.
