I am currently living here and I must say this apartment complex is beautiful and very clean. You have it all in one spot! Barbeque area, pool, basketball, and gym. Angel and Lupe are very attentive and answer all your questions at anytime. It was a big change for my family and I since we came from Miami, Fl in July 2023, but I must say my children love being here! I am not too fond of Hobbs, NM, but living in this complex was the best choice I made while being here.

I do not recommend this place, very bad management, I spent 2 months waiting for a response on my renewal and every time I called they told me something different and charging month after month to take more money, and when they gave me the apartment they gave it to me dirty and when I left it I left it clean and they even took away my deposit
