My Mom loves the people and the staff. The manager is a very caring individual.

My father lived there for many years. He had his ups and downs. The manager is the best you can find. She can only do so much without her corporate offices support. Ups: always felt safe in his apartment, the tenants are friendly, the location, the staff are great. Downs: had his motorcycle stolen from the parking lot twice, rent goes up every year, the new washer and dryers are expensive and you have to pay extra for hot water. And lastly, there's been a bed bug infestation at these apts for at least 2 years that I know of. The problem will continue because of the internal halls spreading them back into the apts. The manager told me "that she couldn't authorize to get all the apartments sprayed, she'd probably lose her job." Personally I did not discover the bed bugs in my fathers apt until we were moving. He's elderly and has dementia. They had been feasting on him for who knows how long. I found threatening letters that had been passed out to the elderly tenants telling them they better report all bed bugs or they will be evicted. The shame, stigmatism, and all the physical work that come with bed bugs continue to make tenants not report. Now that we live in a nice new home....we have the Mira Vista bed bugs here. A nightmare! At $300 for each spraying, 3 sprayings, in all will cost us over $1000. I'm consulting a lawyer. Mira Vistas been home for my Dad for many years. He loved it. He made many friends there. And again, the Manager is awesome. I hope corporate can bring back Mira Vista to a healthy, safe place it used to be when my Dad moved in 15 years ago

I love living here at mira Vista apartments I never felt so safe and comfortable the people here are very nice, and the lady that works in the office is gentle, nice and very helpful and friendly, the maintenance guy is very friendly and helpful, and can't forget asomme. 👌👆👆
