AT&T Store

Had the best customer service that I had ever received at a phone store, went in for some questions and walked out with 2 new phones and a lowered billed. I highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to switch to AT&T. If you come to this location ask for Jorge.

I went to purchase a basic phone and basic plan for my brother who lives in an assisted living facility. I went to the Walmart on Valley Drive, Las Cruces, NM. The person who sold me the phone and plan (Philip) guaranteed me that if I returned it within 14 days I would not be charged anything. I returned it within 7 days because my brother ended up in the hospital. Much to my dismay I was charged $105.00. They said this was for activation. I contacted the manager at the Walmart ATT and also went to two ATT stores in Las Cruces, NM. No one was willing to stick to the return policy that they originally promised. ATT can not be trusted and I would never recommend them. Edward Pino

I came in today in the store to ask questions about my At&t account and about my device. The lady at the counter just handed me their tablet. When I would ask questions about my device to get a better understanding, she would rudely answer my question and tell me its on the tablet. I felt uncomfortable to ask more questions, so I left and decided to go to another At&t store which the guy was very helpful in helping me in person. I would recommend going to the At &t store on East Lohman.
