Estrada & Associates I wouldn't even give you a one star if I could I just I wouldn't even give you I wouldn't even give you one star if I could I just called 20 MINUTES AGO with some questions and your front end of your staff either you're female paralegal or your receptionist hung up on two occasions back-to-back... and was extremely rude not once but twice when I call back the second time because I called back and I'm like did you just hang up on me until she's all yeah I sure did I would not hire your office or your attorneys on any case one that I didn't have a chance to talk to her about it was worth almost a million or more dollars I didn't have a chance to talk to her about it she was so rude and hung up on me I'll take my other case to a firm that treats her clients professionally someone that will take it trust that and not rude and treats potential clients with respect and dignity as they should like they should this is your front of your house and this is a big big reflection of your business and the attorneys representing your firm you just lost out on a lot of money and I would never ever recommend your company or your lawyers to anybody if you hire staff such as that she should be fired should be aware that I was hung up on two times!!! There's no excuse for any front of staff in any legal office to treat any potential clients as such how embarrassing for your lawyers and this firm seriously.. I'm a sales consultant and customer service and I tell you I would never stand for anyone that works for me to be talking to me the way she did and hanging up on me 2 times!!!!!!! SMDH
