I didn't know that the picture on the website isn't even what is being promised. I'm so disappointed in my order. Got myself their premium birthday bouquet that shows lillies and other high quality flowers. Instead i got old roses already turning brown, daisies and carnations.
I get that the local florist who fulfills the orders won't have everything like it looks on the site, not that I knew that when I ordered, but this isn't even close.

failed to deliver. didnt follow up after customer service. its been a week. site said shop had it. customer service said it was delivereddef was not triple checked address
