    Staff is great! My issue was with the cleanliness in room. Some maintenance needed in room. The the biggest issue was this fire extinguisher in the hallway of first floor! Im not an expert to check the operational aspect of fire extinguishers. But I can surely tell that there was no green tag on it and this one says 6 years due!! SMH!

    We were placed on the 4th floor, which I was excited about initially. About 2 doors down, there was a big dog that barked anytime anyone walked down the hall, which triggered another dog to start barking. Needless to say, that big dog barked ALL NIGHT LONG. GOT ABSOLUTELY NO SLEEP. Although the front desk said the next morning that they received a lot of complaints, nothing was done. The staff is great. My question is....when did people lose consideration for others???

    When we arrived at the hotel, they tried to give me a room in a construction zone. The hallway walls were coated in dust. There was the loud sound of a tile saw just a few feet away. When I went down to the lobby to ask for another room, the lady looked at my like it was my problem and said, well, we noted on our website that the hotel was under construction. First of all, I didn't see that. I booked a few weeks in advance. Second, why is it unreasonable for a guest to not want a room under those conditions? I pointed to their "we're not happy unless your happy" note on the lobby desk, and she relented, but said it would take another 1/2 hour to get a room ready. We had already waited nearly an hour for the room. I said that's fine. When I went to get my luggage and come back to the lobby, miraculously there was a room ready. But, it was on the second floor, with a window overlooking the roof of part of the building, with a bunch of noisy machinery. I have a strong feeling she knew what room she was giving me. But I didn't realize how noisy it was because I put my things in my room and went out for a few hours. When I got to my room for the night, then it was clear what I'd been given. My dissatisfaction isn't so much with the hotel as it is with that one person who truly seemed like she didn't care about my experience and was clearly not unhappy that I was unhappy. When I realized the noise in the second room, the new attendant in the lobby said they didn't have any more rooms.

    Scam alert! They tried charging me more money saying Priceline didn't pay enough. When that didn't work they charged me 250. Claiming I smoked in the room. Hilton and Priceline could not help me they said it up to the manager Bonnie. The front desk told me she is the one who smelled the smoke. When I asked to talk to her they said she was at lunch. 15 calls and 3 days later I finally got her on the phone. She told me she wasn't even there.She refused to reverse the charges.My room was horrible. Large Crack in the shower wall and sevrbroken tile.The staff was rude and didn't seem to care. It cost me over 400 to stay here and I was at the hospital most of the time. SEVERAL homeless walking around and even in the Lobby.Had to keep curtains shut to keep them from looking in my window. The hotel didn't seem to care like it's just part of staying here. Rooms: Rooms in horrible condition broken tiles in bathroom large Crack in tub surround from one corner to the other. Safety: Go outside at your own risk. Signs from the police every where saying to lock your car, hide your valuables. Not responsible for damage. Food & drinks: Breakfast was horrible unless you like soggy omelets Noteworthy details: They will scam you

My issue was with the cleanliness in room.
