Absolutely the worst customer service and technical support I've ever experienced. Was told we would have a technician between 8am to 5pm to address the corroded wires that cause the internet to drop while we are on the internet. No call no show. The down times are ridiculous. The last technician said CenturyLink needs to replace all the cable from 2 miles up the road servicing hundreds of people but they are too cheap and that we will never have quality internet until they do that. They increased our rates a couple months ago by $10.00. DO NOT GET CENTURYLINK! You will not get what you pay for! You will never speak to anyone local regarding repairs because the calls and chats go to a call center in a foreign country. Too bad zero rating is not an option!

Do not use these *****. They put a call block on the phone line to hide the fact that is was noisy and un usable. I was out of town and had no way to call and check on my elderly father, Had to cut my vacation short due to this. Took them 5 days after being told it would be fixed that night. The nois eon the phone line has been going on for over 8 years, they have to come out after every rain and fix it. Was told by the Century link tech there is a leak in the vault and they were fighting with the city over who should fix it. It's been 2 weeks since the"fixed" the call block that we did not authorize on the line. The line is still noisy, no dial tone, The appt I had suddenly got "missed" before the day it was due? Seriously. I am done dealing with this JOKE of a company.
