        I had ordered from here through uber eats. Considering I used a delivery service tgere may be plenty of blame to go around. I had ordered 16 hot wings but received 12 cold wings. While the restaurant can't control the speed of the delivery they were like refrigerated cold not just cooled down to slightly warm I mean cold. Coupled with the 25% shortage of the order. When a menu states a quantity of 16 that is what I expect and paid for not 12. The wings I did receive did seem fairly large so maybe they felt justified by changing the quantity but they state a specific number and aren't selling the wings by weight recieved if the menu says 16 peices that is what should be delivered. This was my first experience and possibly only experience with this restaurant but it wasn't great. Also the order stated it was being delivered to the hotel Encanto there were no utensils or napkins provided. A few rather simple steps and they could improve dramatically by using a container that would retain heat; (maybe a foil box instead of the plastic). providing the proper quantity and including napkins and utensils in thier take out or delivery orders. Hopefully they can improve and you will have a better experience than I did.
