Me and my lady dealt with Jerry. We were interested in the zero down program they offered since we had the credit score to be able to apply and times are tough trying to even get a place. And we found a home that my lady fell in love with. We talked about coming back with the paper work we needed to get the ball rolling and begin the application. We called in a couple days later, the day we were ready to submit the application, and described that we were the people who were interested in that specific house and he never said anything about the house already being sold or that someone put money already, and told us to come right on in. We get there and we get an apology that the house was already sold and that they can order the same exact one with the same floor plan but for $8,000 or so more. Never told us anything about it before we made a near half hour drive and we called not once, but twice. And both times could've told us that information before we took the chance. Trusting someone they say they can help you was a huge mistake. Never again with this place.

Working with Jackie has been a total blessing she has been by our sides the whole entire way, always staying in touch, always keeping us up dated every step of the way, she was available day or night, answered all questions and more importantly how she treated my dad being a veteran she made sure he was absolutely taken care of and got what he wanted and needed for his needs she was absolutely amazing with our family thank you Jackie for all that you have done getting our dream home we appreciated everything you have done for us!!!!
