Started out being a $5700 job. They said the state requires a pumping system because of water level. When finished it cost $7300. A tear later my neighbor had one done , and it was the basic system with gravel drain field. I feel I was taken advantage of. Not happy and will not recommend. Bought our home in July of 2022 in Las Cruces - sellers chose Johnnys Septic for new install as old septic failed inspection. They have poor communication (meaning they say things that they do not do and office staff is abrupt to deal with) Called with septic issues 10 months later to experience the same unfriendly, unhelpful, rude service. Thanks to our great realtor for hooking us up with a professional that provided us with a SIMPLE helpful tip that fixed the current problem. I have very little confidence in the work that has been done by Johnnys Swptic and fear the entire job septic wasnt properly installed. Choose this company knowing youve been made aware of what youre getting. Service: Septic system installation
