        Ray had no idea how to do my taxes for storage units. I paid $87,000 extra over 10 years to the city for revenue tax which I did not have to pay and he had no idea he just recorded it and sent it in...... And he charges quite a bit more than anyone else. And he didn't have the insurance to cover that which a lot of tax people carry.
