These guys are the best, always great with our dogs. Wish they still offered emergency care. Definitely my go to vet in Taos.

Our pup had a thorn stuck in his paw that we couldn't extract. We called first thing in the morning and had us bring him in. Everyone we interacted with was warm, caring, and courteous. They admitted our pup and informed us that it would likely not take long and even instructed us to go for coffee/breakfast, likely since we looked stressed. Dr. Trish herself called us as she couldn't find a thorn initially as I did not give correct description of the location. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Trish called again to share the great news, that she was able to extract the thorn. She (assuming and staff) took great enough care to not use sedation. So thankful to Dr. Trish and all at Salazar Road Veterinary Clinic. We highly recommend this clinic.

Incredibly helpful brought my puggy he was extremely sick they put him on IV and a catheter and kept him over night was returned the next day and seemed to be doing very well unfortunately his body wasnt strong enough to fight his sickness and was taken back the vet came in on her day off to try to help him unfortunately he did end up passing away but the Service that was giving I am greatful for they did not charge us for his last day of treatment and sent me and my fiance a card they all wrote there condolences. Thank you guys so much I really do appreciate everything you guys did for us
