I like to get food quickly on the go just as much as anyone else but I swear this mcdonalds is the worst. Every time I go I end up having to go back in for sauce that I've ordered and paid for and I do mean every time. The last atleast 5 times I have gone they couldn't manage the give the sweet and sour sauce for a nugget happy meal. And how can a shake machine not be working every time

Stopped in to order breakfast. For some unknown reason they didnt put sausage on my sausage biscuit meal. This is not the first time this McDonalds has made simple mistakes like this. Take the extra drive and go elsewhere

They literally cant remember to put sauce in the order. Like its not that hard the last 6 times weve gone here they forget my sons or mine sauce. Its insane that nobody in that store can manage to do the easiest thing possible grab a packet of sauce.

I used the kiosk to order my food, not bad but I received no receipt. I asked for one and didn't receive one. Therefore, when the crew member called for order 881 pickup, I had no idea that it was my order. I needed the receipt for reimbursement, so I'm lowering the stars because of it. The food was okay, it wasn't fresh, fresh but okay.

Sandwich was Luke warm but the fries were cold. Dont these places keep track of the times anymore. They want you to use the kiosk to order then act surprised when you don't have a cup.
