        People are courteous and efficient and have a gym of an encounter with Victor, the pharmacist, who on the phone, understood my concerns about delay in medication. He was compassionate and engaged, and gave me encouraging advice to work with the people handling the request. His concern was palpable and appreciated. Many thanks, Victor!
