        This is the absolute worst branch Ive ever visited all because of the branch manager Constantine. He was the most unprofessional manager / representative of the bank Ive ever dealt with. He was sarcastic and condescending the entire time and tried to dismiss me as if I was not even a customer of the bank. I hope TD bank looks closely at who they hire because this was an absolute nightmare of an experience. Closing all accounts.

        This review is not about this branch, but about TD debit card. I will Never Ever Again charge anything to the TD debit card. Their protection policy is a joke! Their claim to fight for their clients is a bigger joke! Their dispute department representatives are complete fools. Not even capable of doing a simple mathematics and they are in a banking business?! Couldn't figure out a simple dispute amount which was written in black and white in their own banking statement. From now on it is American Express only for me.

        The worst bank Ive visited in my 34 years of living in New York City. Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes to see a teller. Its 8:34 and the doors are still not open. They are walking around inside doing nothing. They need to close this location down or send help ASAP.
