I have to update my review..11/5/2023 this building has gone down!! Building is nice, on site super and his helpers are really nice.... As people continue to move in I noticed the floors are all scratched up the walls dirty and marked up... security is a JOKE to the point i noticed ring cameras on doors n sure purchased one n glad i did!! I caught my nasty AFRICAN male neighbor blowing snot on my door!!!! Management is HORRIBlE sends tenants threatening letters if documents are needed, kids playing in the gym, Management playing favortism with the parking spots( I will continue to pay for monthly parking spot so... BRYAN WYNN no worries/ bike room application submit as well NO REPLY in regards to that either....He doesn't return phone calls at ALL!! then is nasty...smh. Im noticing people not putting garbage in the shoot and its disgusting!! People kids just throw the garbage on the floor n now i noticed roaches!!! This is supposed to be a smoke free building yet the heavy aroma of weed comes right under my door from people smoking either in the exits, hallways n right n there apartments!!The laundry room is nice yet people leave their clothes in the machines for hours and there are only 4 washers and 4 dryers and taking the laundry carts n not returning them To think I thought moving would be a blessing!!! Be careful what you wish for. I'm over this place and this management that thinks threatening tenants is ok and not to mention they try and get ALLLL in your personnel business with those renewel forms. I'm sure I am not the only tenant that is over this place!! Yet I LOVEEEE my apartment..It's the people who just don't care HOW they live this building has gone down!!! and since the super left its disgusting!

Security guards are never at their post and when they are they are sleeping management that works in the building Bryan Wynn is very rude and nasty to the residents in the building but overall its a wonderful building with many things for residents and kids to do but just need new workers
