        This 20+ story building located directly north of the 238th City steps towers over all other buildings in the area. The hardworking super/maintenance staff combined with a dedicated board of directors makes this building shine inside and out. The cleanliness,security, aesthetically pleasing landscaping, amazing views and parking makes Waldo Gardens an amazing place to live. In addition the organized games and activities for senior citizens and building holiday parties have secured a strong bond between neighbors. There isn’t an elevator ride or quick trip to the compactor room without a greeting with a smile.
