Hiram Seabrook here again i have been here in January 4 years the first 3 years and eight months i lived in unit 607 was granted to move to the 7th floor where another wall banger is this unit is 705 a female i moved in July 26 she gave me a week i had already heard tapping so one day i was taking my garbage out she all of a sudden she came out and stood next to me waiting for the elevator so i asked her am i disturbing you she said no after that she has been banging and tapping my walls the staff told me that she is not doing it so the maintenance man confronted me saying she's not doing it so i said what do you have to do with it so i wanted to know who sent the maintenance man to my door i couldn't find out he gave me the impression that he was the boyfriend so naturally im feeling like the security team sent the maintenance man to confront me and now im worried about being in the building in the meantime they say she's at work they said the pipes in my kitchen area is just doing the banging and tapping 4 am 5 am 6am every day i go to the store for exercise she bangs and taps before i go out the door every day i have recorded the noise i tried to let someone hear it but they waved their hand at me they didn't want to hear it i tried to talk to her so she reported me saying i banged her door they confronted me i told them what i did i asked her please can she stop i offered to pay her just to see if she would stop she didn't and i know just like 608 shes not going to stop in reality they trying to tell me it's in my mind that's just rubbage they said if find my own place i can move in 706 its bigger i pay more rent but i like it if it wasn't for the wall bangers the staff wouldn't know who i am . im 62 with diabetes copd high blood pressure i take at least 10 pills a day plus my insulin day and night right now it's 4 am Tuesday morning and i have an appointment at 11 am my wife i coming today so we can go to an early appointment but im worried because in 607 608 made a lot of noise because i had company well wish us luck today now im trying to move again such work but i get my strength from God i do have a question are wall bangers breaking t rules by harassing any one in the building ? Im writing this because no one in the building wants to hear it even though i have recordings on my phone and this has nothing to do 6o7 this is another one sometime i evaluate my self to find out what im doing wrong she just got up 430 am the first tapp of the day any way God bless i hope everyone in all buildings find there happiness for me i will keep looking
