        Called to get an estimate for a window repair. MGM said they would stop by first thing in the morning but never showed up. MGM called later that afternoon to say they would be there later in the afternoon but never showed up. They are extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

        Called Monday left my name and number. No returned call. Called Thursday no answer. Called Friday no answer. Mailbox is full so they must not be available, they need to hire help or no longer working. Moved on to the next.
