My car has been there since 11/22/23 until present day and they havent been able to fix it or even try to get me a loaner they always say they will give me a call back and neva do they have had an inspector come look at my car about 4 times already Ive spent more than 3k in rentals and not a dollar back worst customer service I have ever dealt with

Very dissatisfied with their service. Took the car in twice for an oil leak they said they did not find. So I had to gather more evidence to prove that oil is leaking. They have had my car for a week now. I called in for 3 different updates and never got a return call. Everytime I call no one is available to give me an update. Only way I get anything out of them is if I go directly in. I've inquired about a loaner and still have no update on that process

I had the absolute worst time here today with Crystal serving us, I'm absolutely disgusted in how she treated me, spoke to me and carried herself, I paid for an oil change to get done and they made the mistake of giving another car My oil change and once they realize it was their mistake Crystal started to act like nothing can be done as if the system can't make any revisions to this order. I'm telling you to please avoid this place like the plague, and I will be contacting the BBB to report this service center for their atrocious business practices and shameful customer service.
