I brought my own new stereo to be installed here. That's all I wanted, then Tony and one of the technicians convinced me that I would need new speakers for the new stereo system, even though I believe my older speakers were fine for this stereo. I bought from here a new set of 4 speakers. Installation of the speakers plus the radio came up to a total of $220.00. They told me to leave a $20.00 deposit and the car because it will take a couple of hours. When I went back I was all excited and happy that they installed the stereo and new speakers BUT they did a terrible, unprofessional, and dirty job. Scratches all over the radio, and panel. They also claimed that they "lost" a piece of the new radio, the piece that covers the front face of the radio. They did not care. The owner did not even apologize.

Got my windows tinted here. The guy who did them for me did them incorrectly. Went back to get them fixed and they kept telling me to come back another day. Bottom line is they have poor customer service skills, poor service, and poor management. Taking my windows else where.
