Was ripped off $40. Came in with my receipt Manager did the calculation told me I was right the first timeThen redid the calculation just to find out i was still right😒 but no matter how right i was he still choose to argue. I asked to rewind the camera which idk if he did due to the fact that he had walked away allowing only himself to supposedly see the video. I walked away 40 bucks less.. Im not about to argue with a man who told me i was right numerous times. Be careful and always count your money

Post Covid New Normal brought a wig. Not knowing I could not exchange since you can't try on any samples. Very dissapointed

I went in their store today lookin for hair dye, shampoo and conditioner. The Spanish gentleman followed me Set allover the store. I understand there is a lot of theft but there is a way to do things without making the customer feel unwanted. I guess after following all over the store because I was taking to long looking for the items I wanted when he rudely ask if I needed any help. I put the items back and spent my money at the other beauty supply store where I was treated like a customer. In that store they only follow the black customers. I will never shop there again.
