Came here at 11:40 to get hair done told me to come back at 1pm so I did, still doing ladies hair from before but have other people sitting and waiting to get hair done, feel like shes stalking so I can leave to do their hair be advise theyll waste your time.

I've frequented the store located at 103 East 161 St a million times as my Mother lives in that area and I've never had the distinct pleasure to meet two wonderful souls who are very knowledgeable about the products and where the products were located in the store . Firstly, I was greeted the moment I walked in by a warm, genuine smile by the name of Charlotte, who, the minute I walked in, assisted me in locating a very specific item. Then Yoselin assisted me in purchasing some items for my hair regimen as my hair and scalp are very sensitive to certain items and I'm literally allergic to every shampoo / conditioner out there. I frequent Bliss "ALOT" and have never had this type of experience. Made we want to buy everything in that store. Soooo, ppl at Bliss, please (if you're reading this) have these girls train your other workers to be relatable and attentive to customers needs instead of behind the counter on there phones waiting for someone to purchase something. They are a great asset to that company, and I hope I get to see these two again, great team work on both parts!!!
