        I went in looking for a shampoo, came out with a great experience. The ladies in the front were very helpful in making me choose for new hair products. I didnt know what shampoo/conditioner were good for my hair type, and I asked for their advice. I am happy that they were able to talk to me about my hair problems and give me their opinions on what might work for me!

        The last two times Ive ordered online pick up theres always a cancellation on my order which is super inconvenient. Ive had cancellations and then recharged if they didnt have a specific amount of something Ive ordered in bulk even if it says available online. However, this last time Layla (if thats not how you spell it I apologize) was very helpful even when it wasnt her fault. She has great customer service.
