        Today Wed. March 27, 2024, I contacted the CVS Pharmacy at 1pm and attempted to have them refill a prescription for my elderly father. At this point an unknown female answered the call (did not provide name) and heard why I was calling and immediately placed me on hold.. I would like to note that I was placed on hold for 30 min by the unidentified female pharmacy employee and she never came back to assist me with regards to refilling prescription for my father.. I would like to note that this is highly unprofessional & this is no way to treat CVS PHARMACY CUSTOMERS... I would like to also note that this is an ongoing occurrence anytime anyone calls the Phatmacy Department at this location.. I recommend that anyone experiencing the same situation should make a complaint with CVS CORPORATE..
