My ex was preventing me from seeing my two children and I called Howard Levine up and retained him and Mr. Levine did an excellent job and now I am able to see my children regularly without having to depend on my ex's whim and will. Howard Levine was Amazing. I was looking at up to 5 years for a felony charge in 2016 and called Mr. Levine for advice. After researching my case for a few days. He suggested that taking my case to trial would be to my benefit, considering the lack of evidence and the lack of accuracy in the police investigation. He also explained in detail my options and the plea that he thought the D.A. Would offer( and where he could negotiate a plea) After a deep consideration to the options that Mr. Levine explained with care and detail, I decided to take my case to trial. Months later, I was found not guilty by jury and was elated with relief and joy. Mr. Levine took every opportunity to discredit the police officer that was in charge of the investigation. He literally began to take deep breaths after Howard had questioned him on the stand after 20 min in. The jury was on my side ( I felt) once my lawyer took charge and rightfully and eagerly drove the message that I was “innocent” during his closing statement. Howard N.
