So I got what I needed an proceeded to go to the register then as I'm paying the cashier I hand the guy a 100 dollar bill and he goes to check it in the machine then he tell me I can't take this is fake so other employees came over to verify the bill and came to the conclusion that the bill was real and they go and finish my transactions. Here's my problem I was never apologize to and was treated like if nothing happened outing me Infront of other customers was embarrassing and not apologizing made me feel unvalued as a customer my first time shopping at this location my first and last

This is the place you receive the worst customer service. Waste customers time. Store closes at 11pm. I arrive 10:45 to pick up online order. Weds March 30th, 2022. Door is locked Associates looks and states store is closed. I informed that I travelled here to pick up my online order. The associate continues ringing up the security guards Order while ignoring myself and another customer at the door who was picking up Door Dash. If youre shutting business down before 11pm and your advertising on your door and online that you close at 11pm is FALSE INFORMATION AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. This is not first time experiencing this at this store. Those of us who get off work at night count on you being a reliable brand, no truth in advertisement.

I want to know why this location is not shut down, enough is enough as the comments on this place shows the store is a waste of space. Went to go pickup some photos and printer is down and instead of helping they look at you. Waited 30 mins while cashier dealt with other customers and then walked out. Had to call online to switch my order to another store. Before me another customer was having issues and was eventually ignored and left too. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION. THEY DONT RESPECT YOUR TIME.
