I placed an order for a floral arrangement for my mom for her birthday. As the day went on, the flowers never arrived. I called at about 4pm when I hadnt heard anything. They informed me that due to supply issues they were unable to deliver the flowers and had refunded me. No one bothered to call and inform me.

As someone who is consistently supportive of small businesses I know the amount of work, love and care that goes into making everything perfect and meaningful. My sisters and I placed an order for my mom for Valentines Day. It didnt arrive on time but Alex (the person I spoke to) was such an amazing person and resolved the issue immediately. It was super important to us that my mom get the flowers because soon she wont be able to enjoy them as often as she would like due to health issues. While one of sisters was visiting my mother, the flowers were delivered and my mother absolutely loved them. She asked us to place the bouquet by her bed side so she may admire them. Thank you Alex and the rest of the staff at Ruths Flowers LLC. You have a customer for life for the amazing care and support you provided. I will be sending anyone who will listen to stop by and order from your shop and I will traveling all the way from Bronxville to get my orders from you too. Thank you.

Ordered flowers 2 days shy of two weeks early for Valentines Day. Flowers were never delivered and no notification. Not until I emailed them was I told there were supply issues. Would not recommend
