      image I had a disappointing experience at this property. I found a bed bug crawling up my leg within 15 minutes of checking into my room. I notified the hotel management staff and they mentioned they would be following up with me, however I never heard back. Interestingly enough they never sent me a request for feedback following the stay as they usually do. They requested a picture of the bug that I had found which I have attached below. I requested to move rooms and had to repack my belongings and return to the lobby for a new key.
      The NYC area is struggling with bed bugs and this hotel is no exception to that challenge. Be warned.

      image Was able to have a wide selection of breakfast every morning. So that was very good. Bus location close by.
      Food & drinks: A bar downstairs.
