        This was a great hotel for a great price. Little Italy is not far away, and some of the best food ever. Parking was horrible.

        ATTENTION: THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST! We were actually there yesterday because of the hotel next door and neither the Sleep Inn nor this Best Western exist as hotels. We were told it closed a few months ago!

        I usually don't write reviews, but this hotel or employees are unprofessional and inconsiderate. I took my son to NYC because he always wanted to go and also to see family. I chose this hotel because it was newly built and I thought it would be a great experience. We I got there. They took forever to find my reservation. Then I reserved a room that was supposed to have a bed and a sofa. The room I got didn't have the sofa, so where do I or my son sleep? The only solution they had was a fold up cot. I will continue to visit New York but will never stay there .

        Won't sleep.....loud!!! On weekend like sleeping in the back room of a club. Music bumping until early morning! People leaving and screaming on street. Walls are paper things. Room next door turned on TV overnight and sounded like was in my room.
