DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I contacted them via telephone 3 times to inquire about renting 6 chairs, and to confirm all information before picking up the chairs. Upon arrival to pick up the chairs, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unpleasant. After taking our personal information, she asked if we were informed of how much the "security deposit" was for the chairs; which of course was never quoted to us, neither is a deposit mentioned for chairs on their website. We responded that we weren't informed of a security deposit, and asked how much. The chairs total with tax was $21.50, but she wanted $75 for a security deposit, to which I immediately gasped and responded why so much? and her response was basically that the $75 would be the cost to repair the chairs if damaged, confusing considering each chair was less than $5.00., and I'm sure purchased in units at a whole sale price, not to mention the chairs were dirty and sitting on the side walk in front of the location when we arrived. The location was eerie and very uninviting. Their overall business and location seemed very sketchy. I'm sure their good reviews posted on their website and google all come from people they know, and not from actual customers. I give this business O stars.

The deliverymen were very professional, on time and courteous. The tables and chairs were exactly what I ordered. My Thanksgiving was a total success. I've been a customer for over 10 years never been disappointed. Thank you Partopia

We placed our order on 09/23/2023, for 7 linens for a baby shower. Went to pick up the order on 11/11/2023 and the order was not placed, I had to make multiple trips to finally get my order which wasnt pressed and ready for a baby shower. But folded in a box that was wrinkled that we had to lay on the table. When we tried to replay this information to them they knew the order wasnt pressed and ready for a baby shower but demanded pictures of the wrinkles linens. These linens should have been on hangers not folded and thrown in a box for us to use, then wanting to argue with us for something you knew and admitted to.
