SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! When arranging the services, will call and tell you everything is 100% covered by insurance. The paperwork will also say 100% covered, in large text- "PATIENT IS COVERED AT 100% FOR DRUG, NURSING AND SUPPLIES."... however, BEWARE! They will then send you a bill of over $1000. Hospital had provided us with 2 options, one saying that it's 100% covered, and the other requiring payment. Option Care is falsely telling the patient and the hospital that he/she is 100% covered and then sends a bill afterwards.

Do Not Go with this company the nurse come at anytime of night or doesn't come at all ,they make you go through hoops they shouldn't even be open for business

I have been put through such stress because of this company. To start with just ONE instance, the first day of my infusion with them, they forgot to assign me a nurse and I sat 8 hours waiting for them to urgentily get me one ( after calling them about 10 times) . They told me they had simply forgot. They do not answer the phones no matter how much you call. The nursing department will let it ring until the front desk pics up and MAYBE theyll take a message for you. I have called six times this week alone trying to find a nurse for my infusion, they would not answer each time. It took me taking off of work and school in order to get into contact with them and I was just told I may have a nurse scheduled in TWO Days. This is peoples health that they are interfering with. If you can avoid this company do it.I am currently calling my health insurance to change companies now. Disgusting and unprofessional stop putting my health on the line.

Avoid this company if you can. This agency does not care about the patient. The supervisor Austin and Gus refuses to answer there phones. Their receptionist lies about them being available. Avoid at all cost. It sucks that the hospitals have them "helping" patients. They do more harm then good. Avoid if you can.
