Lorraine is one of the rare persons that I have met in real estate investment. She takes the time to teach you while demonstrating the necessary patience it takes to answer so many of your questions. She will show you everything you need to know about note investing but she will not attempt to push you in a direction that you are apprehensive about investing. She is both educated and insightful but she is not arrogant and those are excellent qualities to possess when you are making long-term investments. I highly recommend Lorraine's tutelage for anyone who wishes to engage in mortgage note investments!
