I wish I could put zero stars. Zero stars is what this place deserves. The staff in this store is very unprofessional and rude. Additionally, for the most part helpless. It took them 30 mins to not find a pair of shoes. They also broke my umbrella. Female staff force me to place my umbrella in the front of store. After, I emphasized to keep. I came back to a broken umbrella. After a male staff member and a Client was fighting with my umbrella.

This location is managed and ran exactly how you would hope as a shopper. This location is stocked with tons of inventory, clean, and the staff have great customer service. Last night I went there for the first time, and was so pleasently surprised with how attentive ALL the staff were. Jada pulled every sneaker we asked for, and we asked for a lot because every shoe we liked they had our sizes!!! Let me mention our shoe sizes are common (4 & 7) so this never happens to us in store , we always have to order at the counter to be sent to the house.... Thank you Jada! When we checked out the counter guy, who's name I didn't catch on his tag made my one exchange & 3 new purchases as simple as it should be. He seemed very well trained on using the system. The store Manager (I believe his name was Javon) even gave me a 5% discount for a display boot with a mark on it. I felt I needed to write this review because I am really an online shopper and had such a great IN STORE purchase.... Thanks JD Bay Plaza BX!!!!
