        We reserved a baggage drop for a recent Yankees game but were unable to utilize the service. After emailing Stan's and requesting a refund, they did so happily and without question. It was very smooth and easy and much appreciated. Will use Stan's for baggage drop in the future simply because of their honesty, attention to customer service, and friendliness in handling this situation!
