In these days, it is so difficult to win the lawsuit. It is even more hard to find a good lawyer. Though I found Law Office of Dusenbery & Dusenbery, but Matthew almost didnt want to take my cases because outstanding lawyers need to make sure the lawsuit is worth to proceed. My fianc, a very resourceful man, was at his wits end with violations he received from HPD and Dob for a basement apartment. Mathew and Harry are my fianc lawyers. Im here to let the world know DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Just because someone says oh Ive been doing this for 44 years dont mean that their any good. They are very expensive but to me didnt do anymore than what a free legal aid couldve done.. Before you decide to really take your hard earned money with hopes that they will help.. Good luck !! I say represent yourselves they are crooks .Oh now you guys wanna act like you didnt get almost 20 thousand from him? Dont go there saying he didnt pay, that was after you guys failed on every level and took all his money !!!

The "older" gentleman (at least I think from his voice) who answered the phone literally said "It would cost thousands of dollars and was not worth it" based on no information about me or the situation. I asked him why he thought it was not worth it and he got upset and said "I gotta go" and hung up. I tried calling him a few times before he said "stop calling!". He could have just politely said "sorry we cant help!" This level of unprofessionalism at a law firm's first line of contact says a lot!
