Don't go here to use your register rewards that they give to you or any coupon because they refuse to take them. The works need training on how to deal with customer. Worst walgreens in Brooklyn honesty.

The customer service is not consistent at all. It took 15 minutes to exchange deodorant. They have attitudes like divas and dons for a drugstore. It would be laughable if it werent so sad. The only saving grace is the management. They appear to try. This attitude extended to the pharmacy folk who are the worst! STAY AWAY! It is a shoplifter hub. Every item is locked up, long lines always and limited stock. Why are they still open? I remember when it was a comfortable place to shop when I moved here over ten years ago. Never again will I fill a Rx here. I will purchase only bandaids. Yuck!

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with the pharmacist assist whose name was Sophia. She made sure I was taken care of and unlike the other assistants who could not take the time to work with me to find a generic treatment that would allow my insurance to cover it. She took her time and got it done. Thank you so. I have Sophie.

This pharmacy is THE WORST due to my 83 yo Moms insurance & the close distance is why we use them. They NEVER have enough staff.Rx Drug needs not met timely or accurately. Pharmacy staff not knowledgeable. I will find who to report them to for further investigation.

So many times I call in my Dad medication in and the automated tells me it be ready the following day after 11am. Thats never true i might come in 2days after my order and its still not ready. The store is so not organized for items. I could walk around several times looking for specific items. Ands its on the shelf somewhere els.
