Rite Aid

I was in the store today and needed to ask the security guard to unlock the freezer to get Ice Cream. I know shop lifting has become a problem for a lot of stores, but this is absurd. I can't help but think some people, maybe a lot of people, just wouldn't want to be bothered to do that and would leave the store without picking up the item they wanted. As always, there was a long line and 2 of the 3 self checkout machines didn't work. And the machine I used wouldn't accept credit cards for some reason, so I had to use a debit card instead.

Be careful buying gift cards here! I bought a gift card for another store and it was wiped clean two weeks later before I could even use it.

This rite aid is clean and employee are very frankly. Specifically one employee her name is SUME. I see she is assisting customers with smiling face. She helped me too. Thank you very much SUME.
