BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Booked a room for the weekend and after returning to my room Friday night I found out that my room had a break-in . Someone entered my room touched all my belongings credit cards, phone, personal belongings, etc. and even let the door open when leaving the room, and the management did absolutely nothing about it, and didn't even bother check the surveillance cameras and I was supposedly told that I'll get refunded but neither. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

I had to cancel my stay on 3/18 within the cancellation terms and still waiting to get my refund back. No one in answering to emails, worst customer service ever. Ill probably have to take legal actions. Absolutely not recommended

I booked a room with Condor back in January, ended up having to cancel my reservation and did that prior to the cut off time. I was told I would get my refund in 14-30 business days. Its now April and I still haven't gotten a refund. Ive called and emailed multiple times, apparently their refunds department is backed up, but 3 months and no refund is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional.

I booked through Expedia. Cancelled my reservation months in advance. Condor instead charged me in full and refused a refund. I have emailed and called 5x times. No refund per the terms of the booking. Their stock has crashed early in 2024. Potentially a bankruptcy situation. Steer clear.

Danger! We have not received our refund from the hotel for three months when canceling the booking via Booking within the guidelines!! Nobody responds to emails! Unfortunately, we now have to take legal action.
