Holiday Inn Express Nyc Brooklyn - Sunset Park, an IHG Hotel

Very close to Metro 9th Avenue, beds very comfortable, rooms well equipped. Just keep in mind that if, for example, you are planning a day trip to Washington and want to leave your suitcases in the hotel for one night, you have to pick them up again the next day until the evening because the receptionist doesn't have the key. We had to wait until the next day for our suitcases. No problem for us as we stayed there in another room for another three days.

The lady who prepares breakfast together is dirty and unprofessional. I saw her drop utensils, pick them up from the ground, and return them to the container. Then with those same gloves that touched the floor, opened several containers, touched each tongue, and filled up the cinnamon rolls with those same gloves (no tongue.) When I confronted her about it she gave me a nasty response and said we were lucky she was working and that we're the rude ones. Another worker was within distance and just stared at us. This place needs to be reported for unsanitary conditions. We both had stomach issues the day after our reservation.
