3 stars is exactly right: this is a very practical hotel in an interesting part of NYC. Not very modern, not fancy, but works.

For one, it's not a 3 Star hotel. Way overpriced, coney Island is not worth it. Funny though the week I stayed the price was almost $400 a night. 2 days latter its below $200. What a joke. The front desk worker was rud, then the room, the bathroom had black mod. A hole in the ceiling with a tow hanging out of it. Just a side note, I felt safer staying in Manhattan right down the road from time Square. And it was cheaper. Not all of these hotels are bad, I stay with Choice hotels across the United States. This one, by far, was a bad experience, .
